All levels welcome and we love fussy babies, don't worry.

Yoga for Core Strength Class
Saturdays 8:30am-9:30am
This is a class for everyone but a special focus is given to mamas of all ages to strengthen the core after giving birth and gaining strength in the pelvic floor. Get out of the house early on a Saturday morning(I know your already awake), leave the kids home and nurture your mind and body.
