At Blossoming Family, I facilitate the Positive Discipline classes
and workshops.  My goal as a facilitator is to host the space for people to learn and grow. I am the mother of a 3 year old son and became a working-out-of-the-home parent this fall. I teach garden-enhanced nutrition education to elementary school students and parents. I am also finishing up graduate work in Conflict Resolution, where I am studying conflict transformation within the family.  Certified as a Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I serve on the Advisory Council on Parenting Education in Columbia County. As a firm believer that respectful parenting has the power to change the world, my wish for every family is that we all have access to the support and resources we need to flourish. 
Living in the woods outside of Portland, OR I love to be in nature, create simple and nature-influenced art with my son, and to enjoy life’s little moments and
daily graces.
