Doula services include:

  • An initial, free consultation to ask questions and interview each other.
  • Two prenatal visits (including education, tools, & videos) to prepare for the big event.
  • On call 4 weeks before and after your due date for support.
  • During labor, continuous emotional and physical support to help you cope with the intensity of labor and birth.
  • Breastfeeding support.
  • Two post-partum visits to process the birth and support baby and mom's emotional and physical well-being.
